MEET WALTON

Walton is certified by the North Carolina State Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in estate planning and probate law. As of January 2017, Walton is one of only 13 Board certified estate planning specialists In western North Carolina (west of Hickory). See NC Law Specialists for more information.

When not practicing law, Walton enjoys exploring the woods around Black Mountain with his family. He is also a jazz trombonist with the Asheville Jazz Orchestra, Russ Wilson’s Nouveau Passe Orchestra, Orange Krush and The Asheville Gentlemen.

How To Find Us

From I-40 East, please use Exit 64. Turn left at bottom of the exit ramp. At the third stop light after the exit, turn right on to State Street. Our building is on the left after Richardson Blvd. just past Black Mountain Bistro.
From I-40 West, please use Exit 65. After you exit the interstate you will be on East State Street. Our office is .7 of a mile on the right at 207 East State Street, across the street from GreyBeard Realty.
